Due to our reliance on third parties for most technologies, YESMS can not guarantee that our service(s) will always be available, but we will do our best. If you find something not working as you expect you can help us help you by telling us about it.

Because of the nature of the technology, YESMS can not guarantee delivery of a message even if you receive a response indicating a message has been successful.

Your details are held in accordance with Australian Privacy legislation as disclosed in our our privacy agreement. The short version is that we will not sell, hire, give away or share your details with a third party unless required to by the government or a law enforcement agency.

By the same token, if you use this service for an illegal activity we will fully cooperate in identifying you to law enforcement agencies and will report any illegal activity that comes to our attention.

If you do not accept that there is no technology that operates perfectly 100% of the time then YESMS is probably not for you.

Having said that we will do our utmost to provide the level of service and support that we wish we received elsewhere.
